My Approach
I work with clients using a combination of solution-focused and strength-based strategies, a variety of mindfulness-based techniques, and somatic-oriented therapy to manage their emotions, thoughts, and actions. With this eclectic approach, clients can learn to transition from reactivity to a reflective and mindful state.
